Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Meili Chinese Therapy. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

  • Appointments
    • Treatments are available by appointment or walk-in, subject to availability.

    • We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to begin on time.

    • Late arrivals may result in a shorter session without a discount.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows
    • Please provide at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

    • Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

  • Health & Medical Conditions
    • You must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment begins.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or adjust treatments for health or safety reasons.

  • Professional Conduct
    • All services are strictly professional and non-sexual.

    • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future bookings.

  • Hygiene & Cleanliness
    • We maintain high hygiene standards and expect clients to arrive clean and appropriately dressed.

    • Fresh towels and sanitized equipment are used for each treatment.

  • Payments
    • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

    • All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Privacy
    • Client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for treatment purposes and communication.

    • We comply with GDPR regulations and will never share your information without consent.

  • Right to Refuse Service
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk to staff or other clients.
